Hey Everybody

Now the Easter i over. I have played a lot of football and spent time with my family. Here in Denmark you get Easter eggs made of chocolate. I got one from my boyfriend grandma. I gave Easter eggs to my parents and to my boyfriend grandma.

Since last time, we won the Super cup final. Super cup final is where the champions of last years tournament play against last years cup winners.
Today are there exactly one week until the tournament starts, I am looking forward to that.

I have just returned from Turkey with the LdB team, we played against a Russian team and an American team. We won both matches and the whole tournament. The weather in Turkey was very good, now when I have returned to Denmark it is cold and cloudy.

Sitting at home with my computer and doing schoolwork. Im doing my essay, the last thing you do at the university. I study for almost 8 hours a day, but still I have so much left!

I was supposed to be in Onsala yesterday and meet Onsala BK but I was sick, fever and sore throat. But I talk to them on Skype! So they saw me on the computer and I sat home and talked to them, pretty cool! Nice to talk to them and I wished I had been there.

Onsala BK is doing really well and now they have a national player in the team! Linnea Bjöörn is gonna play two games with the F95 national team!!! Congrats Linnea!!!!!!!!! They are gonna play against Norway on the 8. and 10. of october. Good luck Sweden and good luck Linnea!

Back to shoolwork now and then rest. No practise today, cause as you know you are not allowed to practise when you are sick...so this is my third day without training...but, the most important thing is to get well, and then you can go out and play the beautiful game = soccer, football, fotboll, fótbolti :)

Hi this is Dora.
How are you? Hope you are doing good and smiling. Wondering how the weather is where you are...in Sweden it's raining and windy...typical iselandic actually, haha, so it feels like home;)

You probably didn miss it but I say it again anyway..WE WON THE LEAGUE IN SWEDEN!!!! Crazy! Its hard to descibe the feeling, but everybody smiled, screamed, cried and laughed at the same time... CHAMPIONS! :) so nice when you finally get the gold, nice:)

But then it is back to business, we have 3 games to go and we want to win them, of course. And I have so much in school so the normal life is back again. School and practise. Practise makes perfect, you know that right :)
 

Im goin to Onsala BK on thursday! Going to be fun to meet them and see how they are doing!

Hallow girls
I am having fun at school this year and i enjoy every minute of it . Being a soccer player you are always on the spotlight everyone wants to see if your succes as footballer will filter down to my academic performance . I am also involve in the stage play ;we call ourselves SCREAMING EAGLES. For the past week during Easter holidays we were perfoming in Johannesburg in front of the big crowd in one of the theaters. What a show everyone was clapping hands and we couldnot believe what we have done . I hope to send pictures of our show next time.

Hope that you are doing good and having a great time on the field :) important to have fun when you play soccer. Im with the Icelandic nationalteam in Serbien right now. We have a World-cup qualitification game tomorrow, and then we drive to Croatien on sunday and play agains them on wednesday! Always special to play for Iceland, my country, and play with my ice-people:) I have´t played with the team for a while, because of my knee injury, but now Im back and just enjoying being here again. Talking Icelandic, eating icelandic candy and the best av all, wearing the Icelandic shirt, yeees I like!

During summer holidays i went to visit my family in Richardsbay and met my old friends that we last met in the beginning of last year. We went to the beach met so many people, playing football on the sand with girls from sarroundings and to the mall to play computer games Which were very exciting.
Richardsbay is different from Mbazwana where I stay for school, it is big city with a lot and beautiful houses where Mbazwana is a small town with a lot of activity because it is closer to the popular Sodwana Bay. People in Mbazwana live on selling natural grown fruits and tubers like sweetpotatoes and Amadumbe (natural potato). I will tell you a lot next time

I am a sixteen year old girl who believes in our tradition because it teaches respect , humour and ubuntu. Although sometimes education and tradition clash but combining the two results to a complete human being. At home we are not allowed to wear trousers as it is perceived to being in disrespect of our ancestors . When I am playing soccer I wear it but as soon as the practise or the game is finished I change to my normal clothes . By obeying house rules you become immune to doing things the right way . Hope to talk more about this issue in future
