Frida is universaly interested, comming from Småland and belongs to invetory of LdB FC, in 2010 she makes her ninth season with the club. Already rehabilitated from a shoulder surgery that forced her to six months of rehabilitation training before she could make a comeback in the team's last friendly game before the Swedish season 2009 started.

Frida came to the club from mother club Oster IF and spent time on a parallel career in hockey. In fact played in the top division in Växjö IBK, but could choose when she was recruited to Skåne. Technical and persistent midfielder who made her name as a long-running perpetual motion and goes by the nickname "the white Kenyans'. Has already finished academic studies in sports science. Frida made her national team debut already as nineteen years old. One of her first football memories is the World Championships silver in 2003 with the Swedish national team even if she did not play a minute. Another is the victory of the MIC Cup in Barcelona 2005.
